       Any warranty work is conducted within the United States, and we exclusively accommodate             return shipments to addresses within the US.

  • Shipping Discrepancies Reporting:

       Should any shipping discrepancies arise, we kindly request that you report them within 5                   business days of receiving your merchandise. Regrettably, any discrepancies reported after             this 5-day period cannot be addressed.

  • Return Authorization:

       To initiate any return or warranty process, a Return Authorization number (R.A.#) is essential.             This unique number can be obtained from our Returns Department at Challenge Course                   Outfitters. For accurate processing, remember to clearly label your returned merchandise's               packaging with the R.A.#. Please note that returns without an R.A.# are subject to a minimum           15% restocking fee.

  • Defective Product Handling:

       Challenge Course Outfitters reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide credit for                         defective items based on our sole discretion. We typically adhere to manufacturer warranty               guidelines when addressing issues related to repair, replacement, and other similar matters.

  • Exclusions and Special Cases:

       It's important to acknowledge that returns on fuel, food items, and discontinued products will           not be accepted. Similarly, any items specifically ordered from manufacturers or not featured           in our catalog, as well as large quantities of catalog items, are ineligible for return.

  • Time Frame for Returns:

       Non-defective items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. However, exceptions           to this rule are at the sole discretion of Challenge Course Outfitters. In instances where returns         are approved, a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 75% may be applied, particularly if the                 item's resale value is compromised due to use, damaged packaging, or other factors.

  • Unauthorized Returns:

       Products returned by freight delivery carriers without prior notification or authorization will                 incur a restocking fee of 15% to 75%, determined at Challenge Course Outfitters' discretion.

  • Warranty Processing Time:

       In cases of warranty or defective products, please anticipate a processing time of                               approximately 10-15 business days for replacement.

  • Refunds and Product Credit:

       Non-defective returns will result in purchasing credits exclusively; no cash refunds will be                 issued.
